I Stephen Barry, Commissioner, duly Appointed and Sworn, under and by virtue of an Act made in the second and third years of the Reign of King William the Fourth, entitled "an Act to Amend three Acts passed respectively in the Fourth and Fifth, and in the Seventh and Eighth years of the Reign of his late Majesty, King George the Fourth, providing for the establishng of Compositions for Tithes in Ireland, and to make such compositions permanent" - to asceretain and fix a true and just Composition for all Tithes arising, growing, yielded or payable within the Parish of Drinagh, in the Diocese of Cork and County of Cork - do hereby certify, that the true and just amount of Composisition for all Tithese whatever within the said Parish is Four Hundred and Eighty Pounds, Sterling, by the Year: - of which Sum of Four Hundred and Eighty Pounds, Sterlling, One-half part is due and payable to the Vicar's Choral of the Cathedral Church of St. Finbar's, Cork, as a Composition for the Tithes claimable by them as Owners of the Rectorial Tithes of the said Parish; and ther other One-half is due and payable to the Rev. Edmond Stevelly, as Vicar of said Parish; said Sum of Four Hundread and Eighty Pounds, being the sum agreed upon between the Parishioners and the respective Owners of the Tithes of said Parish. And I do further Certify that the average price of Wheat, being the Corn principally grown in such County for the period of Seven Years, ending the 1st of November, 1830, is One Pound, Twelve Shillings, and Ten Pence, Sterling, per Barrel, as published in the Dublin Gazette.
